Our Return Promise
We are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your items, you can return them within 30 days of receiving your order.
What Can Be Returned
You can return any swimwear, resortwear, sunglasses, and fashion accessories, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

How to Return Your Items
In-Store Returns
Visit us at our atelier in Maia-Porto, Portugal, and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with your return.
Online Returns
Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our customer support team at contact@gracaatelier.com or via our live chat to request a return label.
Pack Your Items: Securely pack your items in the original packaging (if possible). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Attach the Return Label: Affix the return label to your package.
Send It Back: Drop your package off at any post office or shipping carrier location.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you get the item you want as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is free when you use the return label provided by our customer support. If you choose to use your own shipping method, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will arrange a return or exchange and cover all associated costs.
