Shipping & Returns
Shipping
For shipping, we use CTT Correios de Portugal. Once your parcel has been dispatched, a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You can track your parcel by clicking on the link provided in the email.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure your delivery address is attended. We recommend providing a business address where possible, or an address where someone will be able to sign for the delivery between 9am and 5pm.
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies. Orders to PO Box addresses or On-Forwarding agencies may be subject to cancellation.
Return & Exchange
You may return or exchange (where available) your GC Graca Online Store purchase for any reason, including sale items, subject to adherence to the following terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 15 days from the date of shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered or washed. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns timeframe.
Made to measure items
Please note that garment purchased as "MADE TO MEASURE" are not returnable. We highly recommend contacting GC Graca atelier via info@gcgraca.com or via our social media channels if you have any question regarding measurements and fitting.
If after trying your garment for some reason you feel that the piece doesn't fit as intended, please contact us immediately so we can adjust the garment for you.
Swimwear and Lingerie
For all swimwear and lingerie, customers must try on items wearing undergarments. If returned, the protective hygiene strip must remain in place and will not be accepted if removed or altered, or the item otherwise shows signs of wear.
Changes To Your Order
If you require any changes to your order including incorrect address details and sizing, please contact us immediately at info@gcgraca.com to ensure adjustments can be applied.
If your order has already been processed, GC Graca accepts no responsibility for incorrect details entered. However our usual returns process is available.
Shipments that are rejected by the receiver will result in the customer incurring redirection fees. In the instance that a shipment is rejected by the receiver, it is the customer's responsibility to contact us to notify us of the situation.
GC Graca reserves the right to cancel any order after purchase.
