The Shanra G Gradient from our first complete eyewear collection. This design has a moulded nose pads for a comfortable fit.
To ensure a perfect fit that flatters your figure, we recommend taking a few quick measurements. Here's a guide:
Bust
Hold the measuring tape comfortably snug but not tight. Wrap it around the fullest part of your bust, bringing it underneath your armpits.
Waist
Locate your natural waistline (typically the narrowest part of your torso) and wrap the measuring tape around it without pulling it in. You can find this by bending slightly to one side; the crease that forms is your natural waist.
Hips
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks, keeping it level.

In-Store Collection: Enjoy the flexibility of picking up your order at our Porto store. This option is completely free.
Home Delivery: We offer home delivery for your convenience. A shipping rate will be applied at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address and chosen shipping method. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier's website.
Free Returns

What Can Be Returned
You can return any swimwear, resortwear, sunglasses, and fashion accessories, provided they are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

How to Return Your Items
In-Store Returns
Visit us at our atelier in Maia-Porto, Portugal, and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you with your return.
Online Returns

Pack Your Items: Securely pack your items in the original packaging (if possible). Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
Attach the Return Label: Affix the return label to your package.
Send It Back: Drop your package off at any post office or shipping carrier location.
Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it might take additional time for your bank to process and post the refund to your account.
